Operations Team Leader

The Operations Team Leader is a Level 6 position that supports the coordination and organisation of all school events, excursions, incursions and staff professional development. This position also supports the administration of the Operations team and is responsible for the Daily Organisation of staff rostering and scheduling.

Additionally, the Operations Team Leader communicates effectively for all stakeholders, uses discretion and judgement to plan and organise their work and the work of others, can problem solve and displays expertise in making decisions.

Operations Team Leader

Casual Teaching Staff

The successful applicant will be able to clearly demonstrate:

  • An understanding of and commitment to the ideals of Catholic Education
  • Expertise/Experience in Diverse Learning would be advantageous.
  • Experience and/or the ability to teach Stage 4, 5 and 6 in any of the above subject areas.
  • Expertise as a classroom practitioner and passion for delivering high quality lessons.
  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications and experience.
  • Ability to use technology to inform learning.
  • A sound understanding of contemporary research in educational practice.
  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
