The Survivors of Suicide and Friends invite you to the second annual Winter Solstice.

Join us on the longest night of the year to shed light on the silent grief of suicide.
It is a free evening featuring talks from leading rural mental health advocates and live music performed by local and nationally recognised artists.
There`ll be fires to keep you warm and food on sale from the Carevan and Beazley’s pies.
Guest speakers include:
- Dr Graham Fleming (AM), founder of a rural suicide prevention and mental health program
- Dr Diana Sands, Director of the Bereaved by Suicide Centre for Intense Grief
- Alison Fairleigh, leading rural mental health advocate and QLD Rural Women`s award winner 2013
They will be joined onstage by MC David Astle, the Federal Member for Indi, Cathy McGowan and Wiradjuri elder Nancy Rooke.
The night will also feature performances by aria-award winning artist, Catherine Britt, Korey Livy, Richard Perso, the Vital Voices and Catholic College Choirs and DMB Dance Academy.
Immediately following the outdoor event there is a ticketed concert in the Cube auditorium with Aria award winning artist Catherine Britt with special guest Korey Livy. Tickets to this special concert are on sale now.
