Xavier High School is continuing to meet the needs of the 21st Century learners and their families. To this end, we now enter our second cycle of offering the Interim Reports online through our Learning Management System, Schoology.
Due to this new format of reporting online, there will be four parent information sessions hosted at the school at the following times and dates:
- Session 1. Wednesday September 02 at 7:00pm
- Session 2. Thursday September 03 at 4:30pm
- Session 3. Tuesday September 08 at 7:00pm
- Session 4. Thursday September 10 at 1.30pm
Parents, please click the following link to notify us of your intended session to attend. This will allow us to be cater for the numbers that will be present as well as provide an adequate number of devices for you to use during the workshop.
Upon following the link, please select 1 ticket from the drop down menu next to the session date/time you wish to attend and click register. On the next page, please enter your name and email address and click confirm to book your spot.
These sessions will provide parents with an opportunity to learn how to access reports and how to access our online learning management system. There are also be how to guides on to the website for those parents who can not make it to one of these sessions.
These sessions have an envisioned duration of 1 hour. Devices will be provided on the night for parents to utilise. The workshops are designed to be ‘hands on’ so all parents walk away with the skills and understanding on how to access and navigate Schoology, focussing on accessing Interim Reports for their children.
Light refreshments of tea/coffee and snacks will be provided during each session.
