NEW FEE SCHEDULE FOR 2017 – ELECTRONIC PROCESSING OF FEE STATEMENTS & INVOICES.
School fees for 2017 have been ratified by our School Board.
The schedule can be accessed through our school’s website or copy obtained via school office.
FEE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS – INVOICING & PAYMENT BY TERM
Invoices will be issued to all families based on their fee obligations per term. I.e. a family with a single student (Full Yearly Levy $3,700) will receive a fee invoice of $925 in January, April, July & October. This amount must be cleared by the end of each term (7 April, 30 June, 22 September & 15 December).
It will be necessary for all families to make arrangements to adjust any existing direct debit authorities.
FAMILIES FACING FINANCIAL HARDSHIP WITH THEIR FEE PAYMENTS
We encourage any family who will face financially difficulty meeting the scheduled payment arrangements, to contact our office to make an appointment with Business Manager, Phil Densten.

Electronic processing of fee invoices and statements to families will continue in 2017.
We request all families to notify us of any change in email addresses to ensure we are holding correct details.
Any request to have fee details forwarded by a different method should be directed to the school office.
