Yesterday our year 9 Agriculture students cooked up a storm in the kitchen after harvesting some beautiful produce. The students cooked up some delicious bruschetta from fresh tomatoes and home grown basil. Paddock to plate allows the students to learn how to grow their own fresh ingredients and use them in the kitchen.
