End Of Year Celebrations – P&F

The Xavier High School Parents’ & Friends’ Association has had, and continues to play, a vital role in our school community.

In an ever changing school community and local demographic the focus of the P&F has moved from fundraising to focus on activities or events better suited to you as parents and families – events which provide a time to gather informally – primarily to enjoy each other’s company.

The P&F is keen to hold an evening here on our school grounds. Food trucks, entertainment, Christmas Carols and other activities could all combine to provide a relaxed and entertaining atmosphere for us all to celebrate the significance of Xavier Day and all that has been achieved throughout the year. It would also be an opportunity for families commencing in 2018 to be welcomed into our school.

To put on such a function requires a great deal of work from our hardworking P&F Association. To ensure the success of the evening we need to gauge your interest in attending such a function. Your response is in no way a commitment to attend, merely an indication as to whether the P&F are committing to something that is seen by you as worthwhile.

The P&F ask that you complete and submit this survey. This will enable the P&F to gauge interest in such an event on the evening of Xavier Day, Friday December 1.
