Australian Airforce Cadets 412 Squadron Albury Wodonga

I am the Commanding Officer of the local Australian Air Force Cadet unit located at the Albury Airport. We are a youth development organisation for young people between the ages of 13 and 20 years of age who are interested in developing themselves and learning new skills that they take with them into their adult lives. It is not just an organisation for those young people considering a military career or just interesting in flying. There is so much more on offer! The vast majority of our cadets are in the 13-15 year age bracket.

We have had much success in developing the self confidence, self esteem, leadership, team spirit, and self discipline of hundreds of young people of our community over the last 25 years.

We currently have 80 Cadets in our Squadron from all over the region and we have at some stage if not currently had students from most of your schools.

We are now recruiting for our term 1 intake and will be holding an information session for interested young people and their parents on Sunday, 07 Feb 2016, commencing at 5pm at the Albury Airport.

Our website (http://412sqn.aafc.org.au/) and also the National website (www.aafc.org.au) contains more information as well.
