Last Wednesday the 23rd July we held what is becoming an annual showcase and exhibition of works from Visual Arts, Music, Drama and Textiles. With over 200 people attending on a cold and wintry evening, it was wonderful to have such strong support from our Xavier community. This event provides a magnificent opportunity for students from Years 7 through to 12 to share their creativity and talent through work from Semester One. The night incorporated fantastic performances from our Year 7 to 9 Drama students and a diverse selection of music from Xavier Voices, our Concert Band and many talented individuals from Years 7 to 12. The quality and refinement of the work on display was a true credit to the students and teachers involved. I congratulate and thank all who contributed to the making of a truly enjoyable evening.
